V7 JULY 2026

Reactions, nudges, and a smarter first day

The accountability loop gets teeth. You can now respond to your friends' training — and call them out when they've gone quiet.

  • Reactions. Press and hold any session card in the feed to send a 🔥 👍 or 💪. One per session, switch it any time.
  • Nudges. If someone you follow hasn't trained in 3 days, a nudge button appears next to their name. One tap tells them you noticed. (You can opt out of receiving them in your profile.)
  • Notifications. A bell in the header collects your reactions, nudges, and updates in one place. No push notifications, no interruptions — check it when you open the app.
  • Request an exercise. Can't find your exercise? Request it from the log screen and you'll be notified when it's added.
  • A proper welcome. New users get a short guided setup: pick your colour, log your first set, find someone to follow.
  • A fresh coat of paint. Cleaner cards, clearer buttons, and one persistent header across every screen — with your notifications and profile always a tap away.

The Progress tab

Conviction now shows you where you're going, not just where you've been.

  • Progress graphs. Pick any exercise and see your heaviest set over time as a clean line graph.
  • Personal bests. Hit a new heaviest lift and it's automatically flagged — on your PB list, and marked in red on the feed for your friends to see.
  • Body weight tracking. Log your weight over time and graph it alongside your lifts. Always private — never shown on the feed.
  • Your stats. Add your height, date of birth, and goals to round out your Progress tab.

Denser, cleaner, faster to read

Same data, half the scrolling.

  • Set chips. Sessions now show each exercise's sets as compact chips — a 20-set session fits on one screen, with your heaviest set highlighted in blue (or red, if it's a PB).
  • Smarter feed cards. Each session shows total volume lifted, time trained, and a shape bar so you can read a workout at a glance.
  • Monthly totals. The History calendar now sums your sessions, sets, volume, and time for the month.

Your account, your colour

  • Profile colours. Pick from a curated palette and your name shows in your colour everywhere — the feed, the People screen, the header.
  • Password reset. Locked out? Reset by email in under a minute.
  • Account management. Change your display name or password, and delete your account yourself — no need to ask.

Sessions and the training calendar

  • Workout sessions. Your sets are automatically grouped into sessions — no start/stop buttons, it just works. Name them if you like ("Back & Bi's").
  • The calendar. History gained a monthly view — a dot on every day you trained. Tap a day to see the session.
  • Better People screen. See everyone you follow and who follows you, with when they last trained.
